Over the weekend 29-31st May the ICKFA Annual Camp was held at the Narrabeen Sport & Recreation Centre in Sydney. Anthony Horgan, Tasi Schiffers, Phil Heath, Bina Schiffers, Conor Emery, Ryan Wilcox & Kira Alexander joined Sensei Adam Higgins at the camp. Special Guest instructor from Japan this year was Soke Sensei.

A highlight of the camp was the presentation of grading certificates to the yudansha that had graded in October last year in Japan. The presenting of the certificates in front of all students provided a big inspiration for everyone and set the tone for a great camp.

The camp was a great success with all participants having a great time and given the opportunity to catch up with old friends and make some new friends. Over the many different sessions all students were given the opportunity to train with different instructors from the different regions. By the end of the weekend everyone had shown some improvements and left with lots more to work on in their pursuit of excellance.
