Little Champions Karate (4-7yrs)
The Little Champions Karate Program is a unique program designed from the ground up especially to introduce young children (4-7 years of age) to the benefits of martial arts.

Junior Karate (8-12yrs)
Designed for boys and girls of any level to learn the values and skills of Chito-Ryu karate in a positive, friendly environment. Separate classes are run for beginners and intermediate levels.

Teens Karate - Designed for males and female teenagers of any level to learn the values and skills of Chito-Ryu karate in a positive, friendly environment. Teenagers also have the option of training in the Senior class.

Family Karate
A class for families to enjoy the experience of training together.

Tournament Karate
Focus is on kata and kumite skills specifically for Chito-Ryu tournaments. For those not wishing to compete training in the Tournament Karate classes will help develop karate skills.
    Friday 5:00 – 5:45 (Juniors Kumite)
    Friday 5:45 – 6:15 (Juniors & Seniors Kata)
    Friday 6:15 – 7:00 (Seniors Kumite)

Matayoshi Kobudo (10yrs+)
Learn the use of traditional karate weapons (Bo, Sai, Tonfa etc). *Juniors must be Int. level or higher
    Monday 8:00 – 8:45

Private Lessons - available now!
Beginners to advanced students welcome. If you would like to kick start your studies, or have done karate in the past and would like to freshen up your skills then contact Sensei Adam Higgins to arrange a private lessons. Private lessons can be conducted one on one or in a group of up to 2 people.
